The room was exactly like the pictures. The kitchenette had pots and pans as well as a cooker, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher..... It had everything! Bathroom had a lovely big shower. There was a full size hairdryer with diffuser attachment, which I've never seen before in a hotel so was very impressed. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly and they could even keep our luggage after check out for free. It's very close to the train station so perfect for going to Venice or day trips elsewhere. Also there is a large supermarket 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Couldn't recommend it enough. Amazing value for money.

We had an excellent stay! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Both the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to reach Venice in just 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and they provided a baby cot and high chair, which was a huge help since we were traveling with children. We were also able to check in early for 2 of the 3 rooms we booked, which was very convenient. If I return to Venice, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful accommodation, clean with a feeling of home in comfort & style, with a huge room, including a lounge seating area , that included two decent sizes single sofa & a kitchenette with dinner chairs all open plan , staff are amazing!!! This accommodation is close to public transport ( bus & metro station) the number 2 bus take you into Venice in approximately 15 minutes. Local shops & a variety of eating places are available. Value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

Just a 2-minute walk to the station that whisks you straight to Venice, plus plenty of affordable local restaurants nearby. Bonus points for the staff—when we realised we forgot toothpaste, they sorted us out in no time!
